Little Rookies (NEW): Classroom Edition launches this January with a fun, interactive program designed specifically for toddlers. Each weekend, children explore movement, creativity, and early sports fundamentals through themed sessions. Families can enjoy a structured, play-based learning environment guided by experienced coaches in a welcoming classroom-style setting.

Ages: 18-36 Months 

Class Size: 5:1 

Saturdays: feature Coach Isabella leading a rotating lineup of activities with class times offered at 9:30am, 10:30am, and 11:00am.

  • Mini Gymnastics (1/3) A playful introduction to balance, coordination, and movement. Toddlers explore soft mats, basic gymnastics motions, and fun obstacle challenges designed for confidence and motor skill development.

  • Yoga Jr. (1/10) A calming, creative session that blends simple yoga poses, stretching, and mindful movement. Perfect for helping little ones build body awareness, flexibility, and relaxation skills.

  • Sensory Gametime (1/17) An engaging, hands-on class filled with textures, colors, sounds, and movement-based activities that spark curiosity and support sensory development in a fun, structured environment.

Sundays are led by Coach Carter with each session provides toddlers with a safe, engaging opportunity to build coordination, confidence, and a love for movement. with  class times 9:30am, 10:30am, and 11:00am.

  • Little Rookie Soccer (1/4) A playful, beginner-friendly soccer session designed for toddlers practicing simple dribbling, kicking, and movement skills through fun games that build early coordination and confidence.

  • Little Rookie Hockey (1/11) A safe, age-appropriate introduction to hockey for little ones. Children explore basic stick motions, footwork, and teamwork using soft, beginner equipment in a supportive environment.

  • Little Rookie Basketball (1/18) A fun, high-energy class for toddlers that introduces early basketball skills such as passing, shooting, and hand-eye coordination, all through creative games designed for their developmental stage.

Join our fun and engaging youth sports program designed to get kids moving, learning, and growing!

Goals: To inspire kids to participate in physical activities that empower their personal growth. Through interactive sports engagement that focuses on the fundamentals of skill development in a safe and educational environment.

Ages: Open to all kids 2-7 years old. Participants are grouped by age and skill level to ensure appropriate instruction and maximum fun.

5-week Option: $100 per child. Includes x5 (45 min) sessions. Includes certificate of completion and special gift. 

Day Pass Option: Only $20 per child. Includes x1 (45 min) session of your choice.  

Details: Each session is led by trained and enthusiastic coaches in a supportive 1:8 coach-to-child ratio.
