Fall Season

Date: Tuesdays September 15 –  October 20. 

Time: 5:45 – 7:00 (3-5 Grade) and 7:00 – 8:15 PM (5-8 Grade)

Location: St. Luke’s Fieldhouse, 3321 7th St, Whitehall, PA 18052

  • 60 Minutes of Training & Gameplay Each session includes 45 minutes of focused lacrosse skill development followed by 15 minutes of small-sided gameplay to help athletes apply their skills in real game situations.
  • Lacrosse Fundamentals & Player Development Players will work through high-energy training stations focusing on:
    • Stick skills & ball protection
    • Passing & catching fundamentals
    • Ground balls & field awareness
    • Shooting technique & accuracy
    • Dodging, footwork & agility
    • Teamwork & game IQ
  • Learn Through Repetition & Play A structured environment designed to maximize touches, build confidence, and help players improve through coaching, practice, and gameplay.
  • Experienced Coaching Staff Led by St. Luke’s Sports Center coaches focused on developing fundamentals, improving skills, and creating a positive learning experience.
  • Equipment Provided Training equipment will be provided — athletes should bring their own stick and personal equipment when available.
  • Perfect for Developing Players Designed for athletes looking to learn the game, improve fundamentals, and prepare for upcoming lacrosse seasons.

Fall League

League Dates: September 15 – October 20, 2026
Game Nights: Tuesdays 7:45pm 

League Highlights:

  • Enjoy six fast-paced, pick-up style 6v6 games 

  • Certified referees and athletic trainers provided

  • Games played on our air-conditioned indoor turf field

  • Players are to register individually and will be selected on teams at random, each week. 

Private Lessons

Details: Work one-on-one with experienced coaches to improve your skills, build confidence, and take your game to the next level. Open to players of ages, skill levels and positions.

Costs: $75 per session

Winter League

Dates: Games will take place on Saturdays starting December 13th, 2024 through March 7th, 2025. Championship format for the top two seeds.

Divisions: 3/4 grade, 5/6 grade, 7/8 grade, High School and Adult. Open to school and or recreational programs only. Individuals that do not have program, are encouraged to register as a FREE AGENT

Costs: $1500 includes 6 games or $150 per person for free agents

Details: Online standings and scores via the TourneyMachine App. PIAA Certified referees and USlacrosse sanctioned gameplay. Locker rooms available onsite and full goalie equipment is provided. 5v5 gameplay with a 30 second shot clock. Short sticks only.

Summer League

Dates: June 22nd through July 27th (6 games)

Times: Mondays 6:00pm – 7:00 pm (Womens 18+)  7:00pm – 8:00 pm ( Mens 25+) 8:00pm – 9:00 pm ( Mens 18+) 

Mens/Women’s Competitive 18+ Division: Ideal for pre/post collegiate players that are looking to compete with a high level of play. 

Men’s Recreational 25+ Division: Pick up game style. A great way to stay active, have fun, and enjoy the game with randomize teams each week. 

Details: Gv6 Gameplay – Full Size Indoor Turf Field – 30 Second Shot Clock – Certified Referees and USlacrosse Format

Costs: Only $75 

Summer Camp

Join us this summer for a high-energy Lacrosse Day Camp at St. Luke’s Sports Center! This one-day indoor camp is designed for players of all skill levels to build confidence, improve fundamentals, and have fun in a positive training environment.

Athletes will work on passing, catching, shooting, and gameplay through drills, skill stations, and small-sided games led by experienced coaches. This camp also features a special guest coach, Hunter Aquino, for an added elite training experience.

Boys Camp: Monday, June 29th
Girls Camp: Tuesday, June 30th

Ages: 5–14
Time: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Price: $100 per player
Location: Indoor turf facility
Staff: Experienced coaches (6:1 ratio) with athletic trainer on site
Extras: Early drop-off and late pick-up available

Rookie Program

Introductory Class For Kids

Goals: To inspire kids to participate in physical activities that empower their personal growth. Through interactive sports engagement that focuses on the fundamentals of skill development in a safe and educational environment.

Spring Dates: April 12 to  May 10

Times: 9:30am Ages 2-3 , 10:30am Ages 3-4 , 11:30am Ages 4-6

Pricing: Only $110 per child. Includes x5 (45 min) sessions. Trained coaches with 1:6 ratio
