• 60 Minutes of Training & Gameplay Each session includes 45 minutes of skill-focused football drills followed by 15 minutes of organized gameplay to help athletes develop in real game situations.
• Football Fundamentals & Skill Development Players will work through high-energy stations focusing on:
  • Passing & catching techniques, Route running & footwork, Flag pulling & defensive skills, Speed, agility & coordination, Teamwork & football IQ
• Experienced Coaching Staff Led by St. Luke’s Sports Center coaches focused on fundamentals, player development, and creating a fun, positive environment.
• Equipment Provides Flags, footballs, and training equipment are included — no previous experience required.
• Perfect for All Skill Levels Designed for athletes looking to learn the game, sharpen their skills, and prepare for upcoming flag football seasons.

Join us for a fun, high-energy Football Summer Camp focused on building skills, confidence, and a love for the game! Players will develop key fundamentals through engaging drills, skill stations, and game play each day. Our experienced coaching staff creates a positive, encouraging environment where athletes improve while having a blast.

Boys Camp Dates: (Choose 1 or both)

Girls Camp Dates: (Choose 1 or both)

Goals: To inspire kids to participate in physical activities that empower their personal growth. Through interactive sports engagement that focuses on the fundamentals of skill development in a safe and educational environment.

Fall Dates: Sundays September 27, October 4, 11, 18, 25 

Winter Dates:: Sundays November 8, 15, 22, 29 December 6

Open to players of all skill levels, this league is perfect for athletes looking to compete in a fun, organized, and high-tempo format.

• Games every Saturday St. Luke’s Fieldhouse
• Official referees, coaches, game managers and athletic trainers
• Enjoy custom team jerseys and live league standings
